I've used mass air flow cleaner on it before a few times in the past since I have Volant intake which uses an oiled air filter. I took the MAF off and it looks totally clean (I can post pics if need be). It will kind of bog at WOT on takeoff though. The weird thing is although it is lacking power with the MAF plugged in, it starts, runs, and drives fine. It made only an ever so slight difference. I inspected and did find the elbow connecting the vacuum motor to the pcv valve was cracked, so I replaced that along with a dry rotted hose.

No joke, I was racing at the track and running mid 17s in the 1/4 mile, but with it plugged I'd run mid 15s. But if I unplug the MAF it has way more power.

The problem I'm having is my truck is dog slow. I did a search but haven't found anyone yet who has had my exact scenario.
